nutritional  counselling

It almost seems impossible to know what is safe to eat now, with the seemingly endless list of dietary plans and options, the do’s and the don'ts. What to do?
Diet can, at times seem like the latest fad in clothing options. It’s popular today, but may not be tomorrow.
The answer doesn’t have to be to complicated. It’s essentially based on what your needs, goals and values are.
If you’re an elite athlete with diabetes, your needs are probably going to be different from an otherwise healthy elite athlete. If your suffering from celiac disease, your needs are definitely going to differ from someone with gout.
Sometimes a specific dietary plan is necessary to accomplish a specific goal, like getting pregnant, losing weight, or treating anemia.
All this however, ultimately depends on one’s values. Do the pros of becoming a vegetarian outweigh the cons of no longer eating meat? Will making these changes agree with my lifestyle?
Sometimes the answer to these questions are difficult requiring a little professional help.
And that’s where we come in!
